Let's ASK people individually to Volunteer for our HOUSE CHURCH MOVEMENT!

Let's ask people to be a PRAYER PARTNER using a Prayer Guide.
Let's ask people to be a VISITATION PARTNER (scheduling their visits in a community)
Let's ask people to be a BLESSING POUCH "God is Good Bag" PARTNER (fill it up every 3 months).
Let's ask people to be a CAPITAL PARTNER for LIVELIHOOD (give resources and capitalization).
Let's ask people to be an OPPORTUNITIES PARTNER (share free opportunities to our people).
Let's ask people to be a MEDICAL and NUTRITION PROVIDER PARTNER (do medical missions and health missions).
Let's ask people to be a SCHOLARSHIP PARTNER (partnering with Scholars for Life).
Let's ask people to PARTNER with us!

to be "the HEAD and not the TAIL" in VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT:

1)  THINK of FUNCTION-POSITION.
Ask "What FUNCTION-POSITIONS do I need to accomplish our MISSION?

2)  IMAGINE:  "What do I want the team members to do?"

3)  FIND:  look for people who can fill those FUNCTION-Positions.

How to FIND:  Brainstorm; List Names; Ask Around; Set a Personal Appointment with them;
Share to them the IDEA; ASK them to VOLUNTEER for only 3 months or 6 months; PRAY for them; DISCIPLE-THEM using the CROSScourse TRACK at HIS LIFE.

HOW TO START A HOUSE CHURCH

Question:  
What is the PURPOSE of HOUSE CHURCHES at HIS LIFE MINISTRIES?  
Answer:  
To glorify God and make disciples!  

HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR TYPE:
Determine Your HC TYPE:
  • Type 1 HOUSE CHURCH at HLM:  
    • for MARGINALIZED people [ministry to the poor] 
      • -- informal settlers, coastal, mountain; haciendas; calamity hit areas; closed to the gospel nations; far flung  areas, etc] ---- IF THEY DO NOT HAVE A HOUSE -- go to their "ABODE" [streets, etc].
  • Type 2 HOUSE CHURCH at HLM:  
    • For HOMES Open to a Full Gospel Meeting [bigger and spacious places].  
      • See suggested PROGRAM FLOW below
  • Type 3 HOUSE CHURCH at HLM:  
    • For AREAS with larger venues
      • These are Halls, Multi-purpose facilities within a Community that is available for use.  We may have Feeding Missions, Medical Missions, Dental Missions, Livelihood Missions and Educational Missions on-going!    PLUS A GATHERED CHURCH!  THIS IS BEING MADE READY to be a REGULAR HIS LIFE SITE CHURCH.
HOW TO PREPARE YOUR TEAM:
PREPARATION
  • begin CONSECRATING your GROUP of Volunteers.
  • pray and FAST.
  • determine what DAY and TIME will your House Church Group would be.
  • answer:  where is your TARGET venue?  
  • make sure to go NEVER alone!  THIS must be a TEAM of at least TWO people!  Just what Jesus did to His disciples -- sending them out by TWO's.  Jesus' group of 70 people reached 35 HOMES as they were assigned to go BY TWO's!  That is 35 homes in a day!
  • believe that you are a MISSIONARY-Ambassador for JESUS.
  • prepare a working BUDGET.
  • prepare a simple PROGRAM.
HC VOLUNTEERS and FUNCTION:
IN SMALL HOMES, you just need 2 Volunteers FOR ALL THE FUNCTIONS below:
  • HOUSE CHURCH LEADER (married couple / single leader).
    • To do the WORD, DIRECTION, LIFE GROUPS.
  • HOST LEADER.  
    • To set up the venue and meals. [THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE]
  • HELLO LEADER.  
    • To welcome people, wait, greet when people arrive, seat them, entertain.
  • HIS LAMBS Caretaker.  
    • To attend, entertain and disciple the kids.
  • HYMS & HARP LEADER.  
    • To provide music for worship.
  • HOUSE KEEPING LEADER. 
    • To help arrange back in order things used during the meeting.

HC Program FLOW:
  1. Fellowship -- THIS is to see LOVE as the FOUNDATION:  invite & welcome people.
  2. Fun -- THIS is to BLESS the household:  game, activity, discovery time, give item.
  3. Food -- THIS IS to build RELATIONSHIPS:  dine together; bring food.
  4. Formation -- THIS IS DISCIPLE MAKING 
    1. worship in song and prayer
    2. praise and thank the LORD 
    3. study of the word
    4. time of prayer
    5. laying on of hands:  ministry time

    7. testimonies

    9. activate all to be on mission -- who should hear the gospel? who needs the LORD?

Venue for our United HOUSE CHURCHES DINNER-OUT! or a COMMUNITY OUTREACH MISSION:  medical, dental, etc.

    • THEN CARRY THIS ON for 2014 and future.

    • You can make this happen through an HLM LifeGroup (to adopt and visit a HOUSE CHURCH).
    • You can make this happen through an HLM SiteGroup (to adopt 4 to 6 or more HOUSE CHURCHES)
    • You can make this happen through HLM MISSIONS (to adopt 100 HOUSE CHURCHES or more)   START LISTING ALREADY who should we adopt!  THEN lets start!

      • PRESENT PUBLICLY the HC DIRECTORY/DIRECTORIES TO OHLM to the NATIONS (ONE HIS LIFE MISSIONS TO THE NATIONS).  This will be done by  the HLHCA (HIS LIFE HOUSE CHURCHES ASSOCIATION).
        • ChairPERSON - lead the 100 HOUSE CHURCH Movement.
        • Secretariate - documents the 100 HOUSE CHURCH Movement through STATS and proper recording.
        • Sites Evangelism Coordinator - links with each participating HLM SITE for the 100 House Church Movement. 
        • Livelihood Person & TEAM - partner with groups to alleviate poverty through productivity.
        • Resources Person & TEAM - partner with others to be of help financially.
        • Health Person & TEAM - coordinates Medical, Nutrition opportunities.

HOW TO START A HOUSE CHURCH

Question:  
What is the PURPOSE of HOUSE CHURCHES at HIS LIFE MINISTRIES?  
Answer:  
To glorify God and make disciples!  

 PREPARATION
  • begin CONSECRATING your GROUP of Volunteers.
  • pray and FAST.
  • determine what DAY and TIME will your House Church Group would be.
  • answer:  where is your TARGET venue?  
    • Type 1 HOUSE CHURCH at HLM 
      • For marginalized people [ministry to the poor] -- squatters, coastal, mountain; haciendas; calamity hit areas; closed to the gospel nations; far flung areas, etc] ---- IF THEY DO NOT HAVE A HOUSE -- go to their "ABODE" [streets, etc].
    • Type 2 HOUSE CHURCH at HLM 
      • For HOMES Open to a Full Gospel Meeting [bigger and spacious places].  Welcome, Worship, Word, Works, Witness FLOW.
    • Type 3 HOUSE CHURCH at HLM 
      • These are Halls, Multi-purpose facilities within a Community that is available for use.  We may have Feeding Missions, Medical Missions, Dental Missions, Livelihood Missions and Educational Missions on-going!  PLUS A GATHERED CHURCH!
    • Type 4 HOUSE CHURCH at HLM 
      • This is TYPE # 3 ABOVE that can be a REGULAR Site Church on a Weekend.  This is now being led by the 5Ws.  
  • make sure to go NEVER alone!  THIS must be a TEAM of at least TWO people!  Just what Jesus did to His disciples -- sending them out by TWO's.  Jesus' group of 70 people reached 35 HOMES as they were assigned to go BY TWO's!  That is 35 homes in a day!
  • believe that you are a MISSIONARY-Ambassador for JESUS.
  • prepare a working BUDGET.
  • prepare a simple PROGRAM.

Suggestion:  AGENDA
  • Fellowship -- THIS is to have  LOVE as the FOUNDATION.
  • Fun -- THIS is to BLESS the household.
  • Food -- THIS IS to build RELATIONSHIPS.
  • Formation -- THIS IS DISCIPLE MAKING (praise; word, prayer, works, missions)

PRACTICALS
  • SURVEY places ... (glocal-mindset -- GLOBAL and LOCAL)
    • suggestion:  
      • PUROKS
      • SITIOS
      • SQUATTER SITES 
      • VILLAGES
      • HACIENDAS (and request the LAND OWNER to be the SPONSOR)
      • RELOCATION SITES (and enjoy the new community)
      • COASTAL AREAS (and enjoy the sea)
      • MOUNTAINS, FORESTS (and enjoy the hike)
      • MANY MANY MANY MORE!
  • FIND the MAN/WOMAN of PEACE (person open and willing to be a link / network).
  • DETERMINE how to be A BLESSING (bring food; a furniture, appliance, renovate a portion of the house, etc).
  • START IMMEDIATELY (people are WANTING to have DIRECTION, a SHEPHERD, an ENCOURAGER) -- do not delay!  BE LIKE JESUS who visited villages and immediately started a HEALING, FEEDING, TEACHING and PREACHING ministry -- JESUS WAS ON THE GO!
  • WHEN TO best START?   
    • CHRISTMAS SEASON. 
    • THEN CARRY THIS ON in new Year!
    • RESURRECTION SUNDAY, etc.  
      • BE A HOPE BRINGER!
      • BE A CITY-TAKER! 
  • WHO CAN MAKE THIS HAPPEN?
    • You can make this happen through an HLM LifeGroup (to adopt and visit a HOUSE CHURCH).
    • You can make this happen through an HLM SiteGroup (to adopt 4 to 6 or more HOUSE CHURCHES)
    • You can make this happen through a massive community outreach [CC-CM] -- to adopt 100 HOUSE CHURCHES or more.   START LISTING ALREADY who should we adopt or target!  THEN lets start!
  • ITEMS to BLESS our HOUSE CHURCHES with (TYPE 1 HOUSE CHURCHES):

    • Pail and more!
    • Chairs and Tables
    • Lechon MANOK and RICE during MEAL TIME.

  • SHOULD THE HOUSE CHURCH do this too?  (see below)
    • Should they be invited to a CHURCH Site?  YES or Maybe start their own IF THEY REACH 5 House Church Groups!
    • Should they undergo THE CROSSROADS booklet?  YES, because we are here to make disciples ... to TRANSFORM LIVES!
    • Should they collect OFFERINGS when they meet?  YES, we want to teach them GOD'S WAY of STEWARDING LIFE, MONEY, RESOURCES.  We have to have OFFERINGS every time we meet.  MONEY will go to the REGULAR BANQUETS scheduled.
    • Should they have their 5W's as well?  WHY NOT?  although since they meet in smaller places, make sure to make it intimate, meaningful and a movement!  5W's apply once a QUARTER when they GATHER in their nearest COMMUNITY MULTI-PURPOSE Venue for our HOUSE CHURCHES DINNER-OUT every QUARTER :-)  (see the "H" teams below)
    • Should each HOUSE CHURCH GROUP start another HOUSE CHURCH GROUP?  Yes!  The more we can start in their community the better!  GO FOR GREATER HARVEST!
