for MARGINALIZED people [ministry to the poor]

-- informal settlers, coastal, mountain; haciendas; calamity hit areas; closed to the gospel nations; far flung areas, etc] ---- IF THEY DO NOT HAVE A HOUSE -- go to their "ABODE" [streets, etc].

Type 2 HOUSE CHURCH at HLM:

For HOMES Open to a Full Gospel Meeting [bigger and spacious places].

Type 3 HOUSE CHURCH at HLM:

For AREAS with larger venues

These are Halls, Multi-purpose facilities within a Community that is available for use. We may have Feeding Missions, Medical Missions, Dental Missions, Livelihood Missions and Educational Missions on-going! PLUS A GATHERED CHURCH! THIS IS BEING MADE READY to be a REGULAR HIS LIFE SITE CHURCH.

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR TEAM:
PREPARATION

begin CONSECRATING your GROUP of Volunteers.
pray and FAST.
determine what DAY and TIME will your House Church Group would be.
answer: where is your TARGET venue?
make sure to go NEVER alone! THIS must be a TEAM of at least TWO people! Just what Jesus did to His disciples -- sending them out by TWO's. Jesus' group of 70 people reached 35 HOMES as they were assigned to go BY TWO's! That is 35 homes in a day!
believe that you are a MISSIONARY-Ambassador for JESUS.
prepare a working BUDGET.
prepare a simple PROGRAM.

IN SMALL HOMES, you just need 2 Volunteers FOR ALL THE FUNCTIONS below:

HOUSE CHURCH LEADER (married couple / single leader).

To do the WORD, DIRECTION, LIFE GROUPS.

To set up the venue and meals. [THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE]

To welcome people, wait, greet when people arrive, seat them, entertain.

To help arrange back in order things used during the meeting.

YES, we want to teach them GOD'S WAY of STEWARDING LIFE, MONEY, RESOURCES. We have to have OFFERINGS every time we meet. MONEY will go to the REGULAR BANQUETS scheduled.

Should they have their 5W's as well?

WHY NOT? although since they meet in smaller places, make sure to make it intimate, meaningful and a movement! 5W's apply once a QUARTER when they GATHER in their nearest COMMUNITY MULTI-PURPOSE Venue for our HOUSE CHURCHES DINNER-OUT every QUARTER :-) (see the "H" teams below)

GATHER in a LARGE VENUE to LAUNCH the HOUSE CHURCH MOVEMENT Participants -- ALL H H H H H H Volunteers. This will follow the format of a PRAYER RALLY. WE MAY DO THIS ON April 3 THURSDAY at the LOTE.
PRESENT PUBLICLY the HC DIRECTORY/DIRECTORIES TO OHLM to the NATIONS (ONE HIS LIFE MISSIONS TO THE NATIONS). This will be done by the HLHCA (HIS LIFE HOUSE CHURCHES ASSOCIATION).

ChairPERSON - lead the 100 HOUSE CHURCH Movement.
Secretariate - documents the 100 HOUSE CHURCH Movement through STATS and proper recording.
Sites Evangelism Coordinator - links with each participating HLM SITE for the 100 House Church Movement.
Livelihood Person & TEAM - partner with groups to alleviate poverty through productivity.
Resources Person & TEAM - partner with others to be of help financially.
Health Person & TEAM - coordinates Medical, Nutrition opportunities.
Education Person & TEAM - coordinates Learning opportunities.
